For me, it's getting up early on a Saturday morning, enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee, some reading--and about 7:00AM talking to my sis, Sharon. We've been doing our Saturday morning "chat" for 40 years--and we rarely miss. Our touch point not only anchors my day--it's been anchoring my life for a lot of years.
